Traditional HR and payroll systems are designed to handle fixed monthly salaries, but what happens when the income is variable — like with taxi drivers who earn a daily percentage of their fares? Calculating monthly salaries in such cases becomes time-consuming and error-prone.

To solve this challenge, I developed a Taxi Salary System that simplifies and automates the entire process for administrators. With just a few clicks, the system:

• Calculates each driver’s monthly salary based on daily income percentages

• Automatically applies the correct taxation

• Generates a printable monthly report per driver for easy tracking and records

This system eliminates manual calculations, reduces administrative stress, and ensures accuracy in payroll management — even for dynamic earning models.
